yeap yet another birthday celebration.

but this ain't any ordinary birthday celebration. it was worth blogging =)

the idea of celebrating was actually kinda impromptu and last minute and spontaneous and any synonyms you can name la. was supposed to take away kfc and eat together in uni but there was a change of plan so everyone went over to kfc and ate. aaaaaand believe me we made use of everything that's in kfc in order to keep up with the tradition which is urm... nvm you'll see.

seriously, i'm so sick of this already. it's 7 minutes drive from uni, or 5 minutes drive from my pj house.

we bought or fillet burger to take over the cake's job with a tealight candle. told ya, everything was very unplanned.

then, because we missed the part where a birthday tradition was supposed to be carried out so we made him wish again.

in the end a little bit of chilli went into his eye but he was alright don't worry. afterall, this shall be a birthday he will remember for the rest of his life; the one with chilli sauce all on his face and in his eyes. even gelled up his hair.

yes again we hit maison. ok ok i promise the next time will NOT be maison anymore. this'll be the last. i'm so sick of it already.

oh yah in my previous entry enki ask me to post up ways to do smoky eyes (like above damn nice hor wtf).

well, i really had the intention to do a step-by-step guide but because we were all already late (i was dilly dallying and wasted a lot of time) we had to rush and besides we didn't know the way (yes i've been to maison twice but they were all guided by someone and i'm very forgetful on roads unless i discover the way myself) a lot more time was wasted so i didn't really take pictures of the eye makeup.

i'll explain briefly of what i did.

1. dab highlighter (lightest shade and should shimmer a little, or something metallic will do) on browbone. in fact, i dabbed it on my whole lid including the browbone to make it more even.
2. apply an eyeshadow which its shade is slightly lighter than the one you gonna use for that smoky effect. this is for blending so that the darkest shade will not look too sharp and drag.
3. most important stage of all: applying the darkest shade. for this i used black which is a very daring and dangerous color if applied in the wrong way. i can't explain how it works but it takes some practice before having it done nicely. besides, different people has different eyes with different shapes of lids; hence, different way of applying eyeshadows. because there're of different contour and depth. we can't expect to get the same effect with an ang-moh who does the smoky eye cos they have deep-set eyes while we asians don't. so the key is, practice and experiment.
4. draw eyeliner on the upper and lower lash.
5. brush on mascara.

i'm back with my story of how obsessed i am with wentworth miller again.

i came back from my pj home and for the whole weekend, i've been googling him 24/7 from fanclub-sites to youtubes to whatever that's available about him. my brother said i 'sot kau jor'. and i think he thinks i'm scarily too obsessed. am i?

my desktop and screen saver in both Shell (laptop) and Clem (handphone) are all his pictures.

esther even asked if i've gotten so extreme to the extent of photoshopping my face next to him in any pictures. seriously i wanna do it. but i sadly i don't know how to! all my photoshop skils are taught by jie, how on earth do i ask him how to do it?

okays anyway, gotta go pack up cos i'm going back to pj tomorrow and might go clubbing on wed or thurs if the plan jadi. YAY!

saw it in the mag and never thought it was actually on sale. went over to the store in midvalley and saw it for real and really wanted it so badly just to be told that it's out of stock. so i went to klcc today with very very high hopes that there're still stocks and yes! adelle, you're wrong. god (or whatever lah harh) didn't mean to say i shouldn't waste money when they told me it was out of stock in midvalley, he (or she wtf?) only wanted me to put in more effort in getting such a limited thing so that i'll treasure it more.

MAC's Smoking Signals Collection: Smoking Eyes! it's a palette with 4 shades of eyeshadow (obviously -_-|| ). why am i so happy to get it? cos i've been wanting a palette since forever! especially from mac but they seldom have palettes on sale so this is a must-have for me!

from the same collection too. i'm basically not a lippie type so i prefer very very VERY pale and nude shade for my lips. come to think of it, this is the first ever lipstick i bought.

OMFG PRISON BREAK IS SO FUCKING NICE!

yes in case anyone didn't notice my tag in msn. i have to repeat. prison break is really nice. it is so so so fucking addictive till the extent that i had to continue watching on one friday night till 6.30 am in the morning before i slept for 3 hours and woke up to work. came back after work at around 2.30 and instead of catching up with some very necessarily needed sleep, i went and catch up on prison break. i even thought i'm such a great fan of it but not until i found out my friend actually finished 2 seasons in 2 days. he beat me flat lah. T_T

i'm left with 2 more episodes in season 2 but oh fuck lah after this i have to wait until i get season 3 in my hands.

and him hooking up with sara tancredi. yes in case you all didn't know, the progress of their love interests me more than anything else. screw being hunted down by dunno what stupid agents which seems to come out of nowhere and them trying to get things solve and leave. the story gets kinda... irritating now after they've escaped from the prison.

come to think of it, before i got addicted to these series, i used to think,

prison break? what kinda stupid show is that? what's so nice to see how people break out from prison? wouldn't they look like scumbags? break out from prison already and so?

and i even thought wentworth miller is not hot and he's over-rated. boy was i wrong when i first saw him when my brother was watching it. he looked really different from still pictures and posters. it was a whole different thing to watch him move, talk and smile. a whole fucking lot different.

he is addictive. no other words to describe cos he is really addictive. looking at those eyes walao i think i can faint straight. no, really one seriously.

and and. have you ever seen a person looking so fucking hot just by being bald? i have to conclude nobody has ever looked so good being bald besides wentworth miller in prison break. (not really bald la just a few milimetres to it)

and and and. have you ever seen a person robbing a bank in suits? and look damn yau yeng one? (ok la he's faking it but still!)

omg lah everything he does seems so hot and.... good looking.

ok better snap back to reality that i have my boyfriend to look at but since he's not here i think i deserve to have some good eye-wash, don't i?    =)
