080619_Melbourne Day 18

Didn't do much today.

Yesterday was a long day and I was so tired I came home after movie and slept right away. Roaming the city in my boots which was unfortunately not a pair of boots with flat bottom for 4 freaking hours was definitely not very brilliant. The soles of my feet then and now hurt like bitch and I only brought 2 pairs of shoes when I came: sneakers and boots (which already killed my feet) so for the next few days I'll have to wear jeans and sneakers and nothing fancy =(

I am currently in serious consideration of getting a new pair of boots (with flat bottom oh please) and flats because my boots' colour is seriously a pain in the ass when it comes to matching my clothes, and I simply need something much simpler than boots takkan everyday also wear until so kua cheong right boots boots boots wtf. BUT! They are all so overpriced I'm not sure if it's even worth the money T___T what should I do!

And why is this happening to me! Right after having a few more pieces of jackets in the closet which is way better than last year I had only ONE jacket and if you notice it can be seen in almost ALL the Melbourne pictures taken last year, I saw this piece of white knitted coat from Roxy which is SOOOOO cute ok! The best part is it's on half price now and it's only like AUD 50! Haih howwwwwww. When got not enough jackets, then wanna buy. When got enough jackets, ALSO WANNA BUY aiyorrrr.

Ok anyway today we bought Krispy Kreme again!

Yum yummmmmm

We had lunch at Hungry Jack's (equivalent to Burger King) today and they don't have Mushroom Swiss, Chicken Royale, Swiss Chicken nor Black Pepper Whopper =( =( =( Ended up eating some sucky chicken burger which was not even sandwiched with a sesame seed bun or ok, a normal burger bun. They used a baguette omfg. I was speechless. And as espected, no sauces detected. Didn't even bother asking them see see need to pay again haih. I think next time I should bring my own bottle of chilli sauce -_-

And today's dinner:

Carbonara Giant Spirali.

Fresh lettuce salad.

Ok so freakin cold now I shall go roll up with Wk who's fast asleep now and warm enough to make me warm =)

080618_Melbourne Day 17

Bought a few stuffs,

Clock wise from top left: Pink file/magazine holder, label stickers, exercise books, black pencil case, blue metal case and writing set which was free.

And they're all from Smiggle! I love Smiggle <3 <3 <3

Pencil cases are for my brother. I didn't know which one he'd prefer so I got both.

And the writing set is actually a set of papers with pink polka dots which are so pretty, a semitransparent red plastic envelope and "to and from" label stickers. And it was free cos I spent more than 15 dollars there.

The label stickers which are soooooooo cute I couldn't resist buying it. I especially love the polka dots one.

And then I went to a hair stuffs shop and these caught my eye:

And it was only AUD 50 aka RM 150 DO YOU KNOW HOW CHEAP IS THAT?!!! I TELL YOU HOW!

I walked around the shop to look for smaller bottles of that same shampoo and conditioner. And I saw, altogether around AUD 50 for 400ml of each! And that one in the above picture is 750 ml each for AUD 50 ok! And do you know how long that freakin big bottle of conditioner is going to last me! *flies to heaven

If that's not enough, last time I freakin bought that 150ml of conditioner (which lasted for 2-3 months) for like RM 50++ so if I'm getting a 750ml supposingly it's RM 150 ++???

But now for RM 150 I get BOTH shampoo and conditioner jumbo sized I tell you it was such a steal I wish I can afford to buy 2 sets of it. It's not the money. It's the weight T____T it'll be too heavy for me to carry back T____T

If you smell that thing I tell you you can die happily because the scent is sooooooooooooo nice you know.

And then I also conveniently got these:

Random colour elastic bands.

I like it because it's double the length of normal elastic bands and there's no metal joint used so it won't damage hair.

Wah I just checked the tag and found out the brand actually has a website of it so cool one. www.scunci.com.au

Oh and then I got so pissed off with some bitch who works in the duty free shop in Bourke St. I seriously don't understand what's the logic in serving those angmohs better than us Asians when they (the one who serves) ARE Asians themselves!

Just because I don't have natural blonde or brown hair, just because I don't have blue or green eyes, just because I don't speak English with an accent (considering Asian accent is NOT an accent to them), just because I don't carry or dress in designer's bags or clothes nor have a fat purse with lots of cash nor carry a credit card, IT DOES NOT FUCKING MEAN I'M NOT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER RIGHT?

Stupid cibai bitch didn't wanna bother me much when I asked her about the Lancome mascaras and just brushed me off by simply answering a word or two which didn't actually answer my question also! JIER I WANNA KILL HER *stab stab stab stab stab stab

If I am a boss and I have this kinda employee I will definitely sack her if I read about a complaint about my shop's employees like her.

Ok end of childish rant.

Then we watched,

I can never really understand M. Night Shyamalan's shows. Except for The Sixth Sense of course.

This one's a little bit disturbing to me. I came home still having images of a few disturbing scenes from the movie flickering in my mind.

There is this scene where people are committing suicide by jumping off the building. If it's a murder it will not be as disturbing as watching these people just walk into the air from the rooftop and crash onto the ground with a very loud smash like a big car falling down from 10 storeys above.

It was so spooky I was shivering as I watched it in the cinema which was heated can you imagine that? If I watch it in M'sia's cinema which is well-known to be super cold, I think I might need to put on a winter jacket haahah.

We watched

Not bad but quite predictable. Well, that's what chick flicks are; predictable. But I had a good laugh and enjoyed the show. =) And I got to eat the salty popcorn I had a year ago which I like alot.

080616_Melbourne Day 15 (updated)

I webcam-ed with my little sister yesterday cos I forgot to wish her for her birthday on the 14th. She looked so adorable in the webcam and she seemed to have lost a bit of weight. And my dad got her a Nintendo DS Lite. Yes a bloody NINTENDO DS LITE WHICH COST LIKE RM 600++.

LIKE WTF O_O

I remember last year my dad bought her a Philips Portable VCD/DVD player which was around RM 600++ too. Yes a PHILIPS PORTABLE VCD/DVD PLAYER, the one which looks like a mini laptop.

Last time limpeh's birthday also I have to think twice before choosing the right present because scared too expensive and father will nag.

LOOK AT MY SISTER! SHE'S ONLY 8 OK! AND SHE BLOODY HAS A DVD PLAYER AND A DS LITE!

And I kept asking her if she got miss me or not and she got all shy and refused to answer me. And I kept asking her after every few conversations. Like 7 or 8 times. Hahahahahaahah.

And I suddenly miss home T_____T

And then I told her if grandma come and talk to me grandma sure will ask me whether I have eaten or not one. And this was what happened in yesterday's conversation:

Grandma: Hello? Can hear ah?
Me: Ya ya. Can hear.
Grandma: Eat already ah?
Youngest sister: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH
Me and Wk: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHHAH

And then I spoke to my other sister (the one who's 19) and she told me lots of things which have been happening at home. Mainly about my grandma and, well. I don't think I should reveal too many bad things about certain people in my family although I really want to tell the whole world.

Things which happened to my grandmother which were so cruel, horrible, unfair and infuriating I wish I could just be at home and... I dunno. Eventhough I know I cannot stop it from happening, if I was at home I won't feel as bad as knowing things but not being able to be there or help; like now. And suddenly, I miss home T_____T

And I was so frustrated, I know what's happening but I cannot be there and stop it,

I cried T______T

I definitely have no regrets being here but it sucks to not be able to stand my my grandma's side now and maybe, possibly stop all that cruelty she never, ever deserve.

I was so worried about her I dreamed of her last night. T________T

Now I believe when they say you dream of some things when you keep thinking about it.

******

The sky when dusk was setting in:

It looked like a very pretty painting from the window.

Today's dinner:

Salmon Tempura

Lettuce with Crab stick meat (and excess sauce)

After dinner, we wanted to check out some movie sessions.

And lastly,

Sex and the city tomorrow! =)

080615_Melbourne Day 14

Before going out to the city to have a walk and meeting him after his meeting:

I actually have lots and lots of pictures but again, clearer ones made me look like shit.

We went to Correto's and had pasta:

Mixed pasta: Pasta Pesto Fettucine (which was so gigantic the fettucine), Carbonara Spaghetti and Seafood Marinara Penne.

Him.

Me, tak sabar sabar wanna eat that's why can see me grabbing the pasta.

Ok honestly, I was disappointed because the pasta wasn't that good. I've tasted much better Pesto and Carbonara back in Malaysia and having those yesterday didn't give any ooomph at all. They were not bad but nothing special. The pasta was homemade alright but I've also tasted BETTER homemade pasta in Malaysia.

Pizza Uno's Carbonara I must say is the best and their homemade spinach fettucine is really good. The one at Correto's was so gigantic, it was so filling! (Not forgetting the fact that homemade pasta is normally 25% more filling than instant pasta because of its water retention, as told by WK) And their Pesto was a little on the tasteless side and it didn't taste like what I expected it to be. I tried Pesto once in Klang and I loved it. You can't get Pesto easily in Malaysia what more a small town like Klang. And I thought it'd taste better if cooked by the Italians but sigh. And their Seafood Marinara was filled with lots of seafood (which made it the best deal among all) but the clam's smell was so strong it was overpowering everything else. I ate a penne, it smelled like clams. I ate a prawn, it smelled like clams. Wtf -___-|||

Maybe we should have went for their pizzas instead since I see most of the people were having pizzas.

WK PLEASE DO BETTER I NEED GOOD PASTA!

In the apartment I was chilling on the couch looking at the pictures in the camera then I unconsciously...

Gawd I'm such a whore sigh.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

=)

Attempting to look sexy but I think I failed miserably T_T instead, I look like........ A MAN OMFG T_____T

And lastly,

Him on the phone with his dad.
